Shaping Society

young and innocent
we are ready to mold.
We begin to shape
our desires and fold.

Parents influence
and societies teach.
Frantic Achilles
abundantly weeps.

Stoic gentlemen
from days long gone
are lost to this world.
Forever a pawn.

Athena, in books she tells
of what the world is today
while Poseidon grows
and Death begins to play.

Happiness is for the strong
not the lazy Juggernaut.
Medusa will hypnotize
those lost in abstract thought.
